Happyrobot in California is looking for Full Stack Engineers who will take full ownership of product features and infrastructure. You will design and ship features end-to-end, improve our voice AI infrastructure, and collaborate closely with the founding team.

HappyRobot is building an AI‑native operating system for enterprises and is looking for Full Stack Engineers to take end‑to‑end ownership of product features and infrastructure.

• Front‑end expertise with TypeScript and Next.js, including performance, UX, and clean architecture
• Back‑end experience with Go and building reliable, scalable systems
• Product‑minded engineer who understands trade‑offs between speed, quality, and scale

What You’ll Do

• Build and own entire sections of the product, including major parts of the web application
• Design, implement, and ship features end‑to‑end – from UI to APIs to infrastructure
• Help optimize and scale our voice AI infrastructure, improving latency, reliability, and cost
• Collaborate closely with founders and teammates to shape product direction
• Ship to production frequently and iterate based on real user feedback
