Impact
As a Front-End Engineer at our organization, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences by developing and maintaining high-performance, responsive web applications. Your expertise in modern front-end technologies will directly influence the look and feel of our platform, helping users engage with our products effortlessly. By working closely with design, product, and backend teams, you will ensure that every component of the user interface is optimized for speed, accessibility, and scalability, enhancing the overall user experience and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Next.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications with over 1 million Monthly Active Users (MAU).
- Own the uptime and monitoring of applications in production environments.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development, especially in the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience writing production-level software.
- 3+ years of experience building applications with React.
- Preferred experience with Next.js.
- Proven experience shipping software and owning uptime for applications with more than 1 million Monthly Active Users (MAU).
Ideal Qualifications
- Contributions to open-source TypeScript libraries, such as Viem.
- Familiarity with the T3 stack, including Tailwind CSS, Next.js, tRPC, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with monorepo management tools.
- Familiarity with self-hosted observability tools like Grafana.
- Proficient with Docker and AWS for containerization and cloud services.
- Passion for UI libraries like ShadCN UI.

- Competitive Salary: A base salary aligned with industry standards for fintech and blockchain roles.
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
