Overview:

Our client, Tesoro XP, is building a brand-new suite of products spun out from the successful Atlas Earth platform. We’re greenfielding a patented cashback/loyalty platform that integrates directly with Visa/Mastercard to allow players and consumers to earn real-time rewards at brick-and-mortar merchants.

We’re looking for a front-end engineer who loves React and can build powerful user experiences from scratch. You’ll help build dashboards, portals, and web applications for players, merchants, and internal users – none of this exists yet!

What You’ll Work On:

• Entirely new front-end architecture (React, TypeScript, Next.js)
• 3 separate web applications (players, customers, internal tools)
• Helping define the UX for brands, merchants, and end users
• Collaborating with a small but tight-knit engineering team

Must Have:

• 5+ years of front-end experience using React + TypeScript
• Strong understanding of SPAs, web performance, and modular architecture
• Experience in greenfield environments or early-stage startups
• Strong eye for UI/UX and building intuitive dashboards or reporting tools

Nice to Have:

• Next.js, working with RESTful APIs, payments/rewards platforms
