SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Front End)

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Front End) for a contract position in MN (Remote). The opportunity will be seven months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: Care Team Navigator is an omnipresent virtual member of the care team, delivering predictive and proactive care support, providing administrative support, and enabling seamless, virtual care team collaboration.

• We will achieve this through device-agnostic, responsive care team experiences that reduce cognitive burden throughout the continuum of care and administration.
• AI modeling and machine learning technologies will leverage the client's Clinic's best-in-class healthcare data to enable a next-generation care delivery experience that codifies and scales Clinic knowledge for advanced clinical decision support and interdisciplinary collaboration for patient care.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Develop an intelligence-driven system that intuitively connects capabilities enabled by Care Team Navigator.
• Deliver a technology suite that is an adaptive learning system improving over time to enhance healthcare and clinical decision support.
• Enable seamless connection of patients and providers with relevant information through dynamic experiences.
• Build a knowledge platform supporting clinical decision-making and content generation.
• Summarize relevant EHR data for patient consultations to reduce cognitive burden and prep time.
• Develop machine learning models for specialty consults, expanding over time.
• Enable rapid API-first capability deployment through an ecosystem that promotes reuse and enhancement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in distributed software systems with n-tier architectures.
• Proficiency in API development with Python, Node, Java, or .Net.
• Frontend development with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with cloud deployment environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
