Job summary

SSN Group LLC is seeking a Software Engineer - Expert for a remote, long-term role. The ideal candidate will bring 4-7 years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in Java, C#, SQL, and JavaScript, and familiarity with financial services domains such as Portfolio Management and Compliance.

The position requires solid OOP, database, scripting, testing, and debugging skills, plus Agile/Scrum experience.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in software development, preferably in financial services.
• Strong experience with Java, C#, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Financial domain experience in Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Post-Trade, IBOR, or Wealth Management.
• Strong OOP, RDBMS, scripting, testing, and debugging skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, unit/automation testing, code reviews, APIs, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing software solutions.
