Regions Bank in Birmingham, AL, seeks a seasoned integrations engineer to design, develop, test, and support enterprise integrations, APIs, REST services, and ETL workflows linking finance, HR, and other core systems. You will troubleshoot data issues, assist upgrades and production operations, and partner with stakeholders to raise data quality, automate processes, and improve finance workflows.

A bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience are required, with Oracle/Workday experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field required.
• 7 years of experience in software engineering, integration, or data engineering.
• Strong SQL, database, API, and ETL experience; Oracle or Workday integration is highly desirable.

Design, develop, test, and support integrations, APIs, web services, and ETL processes connecting finance, HR, and other enterprise systems. Troubleshoot data and integration issues, support upgrades and production operations, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve automation, data quality, and finance processes.

Requirements:

The general role requirements specify a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and seven years of experience; the opportunity-specific qualifications prefer at least three years in software engineering, application integration, or data engineering. Candidates should have strong SQL, database, API, and ETL experience, with Oracle or Workday integration experience highly desirable.
