Job summary

Together AI is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Customer Insights team — a role for a full-stack or backend engineer aiming to grow into event-driven systems, analytics, and the customer visibility space. You'll own well-defined pieces of work end-to-end, shipping work that lands in front of customers.

You'll collaborate with Data Platform and Observability teams, pair program, review code, and learn in an open environment with room to gain autonomy over time.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems or backend systems.
• Proficiency in one or more production languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, Java, C++, etc.).
• Interest in event-driven systems, analytics pipelines, and customer visibility space.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for Together's Customer Insights platform (events, activity history, logs, timelines, dashboards).
• Collaborate with Data Platform and Observability teams to leverage core data stack.
• Own defined work end-to-end from implementation through testing and rollout.
• Write and maintain critical backend/product code used by multiple teams.
• Surface blockers early and work with the team to resolve them.
