Job summary

This role involves building systems that integrate hardware and software to enable mission planning and management for autonomous vehicles. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a back-end capacity and the ability to hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Competitive salary range is $166,000—$220,000 with comprehensive health coverage and equity grants.

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Strong engineering background, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
• 3+ years experience in back-end development.

Responsibilities

• Build core Command and Control software for the Lattice platform.
• Work with hardware and human operators on real-time telemetry and health management.
• Integrate GenAI agents to allow natural language interfaces.
