Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Software Engineers to develop the core Command and Control software for the Lattice platform. This role will involve building software for managing real-time telemetry and autopilot tasks while pioneering the integration of GenAI agents for natural language interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have strong C++ and/or Rust programming skills, a relevant degree, and a passion for critical software impacting real-world applications. The position requires travel up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production-grade C++ and/or Rust experience in a Linux development environment.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Strong background in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement consensus protocols for autonomous vehicles.
• Build the next generation of distributed teaming state.
• Support consensus and eventual consistency based on real-world constraints.
