Job summary

Icertis is seeking an experienced US Gov CloudOps professional to lead Availability, resiliency, and performance for the Icertis SaaS in the USGov Cloud. You will manage Identity & Access, provisioning, upgrades, and change management while enabling automation and internal apps for rapid delivery.

You will work across teams to implement Azure-based solutions, strengthen security, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment with a focus on AI-powered contract intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Maintainable, secure, scalable code with edge-case handling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for complex topics.
  • Hands-on automation using PowerShell, JavaScript, Linux Bash, Ansible, Terraform, JSON/YAML.
  • Solid Azure cloud concepts and services across deployments.
  • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, IIS and debugging.
  • Experience automating serverless and container tech (Azure Functions, AKS, Docker).
  • Windows/Linux admin, networking, and IIS administration skills.
  • Customer-focused and ownership-driven attitude.
  • Automation and platform engineering for cloud-based systems.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-changing environments and work with multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with standards like HIPAA, PCI, ISO 27001, NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC.

  • MS SQL programming, data tools, performance, stored procedures and queries.
  • Familiar with MS Teams/SharePoint/ADO collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Automate workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Support escalated tickets for internal customers and partners.
  • Design, build, and support Internal Applications and DevOps pipelines.
  • Work within waterfall or Scrum lifecycles and manage work items.
  • Lead projects from inception to completion and drive them to finish.
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations to ensure availability and SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug C#/ASP.NET applications and PaaS failures.
  • Maintain security of client environments and data.
  • Collaborate with service teams and engineers to deliver outcomes.
  • Keep up with trends, technologies, and tools in the industry.
  • Deploy, configure, secure, and monitor Azure services using automation tools.
  • Assist with audits and evidence collection.
  • Develop documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.

US Government Cloud Operations (USGov CloudOps) Overview

Responsibility for Availability, Resiliency, Performance, Monitoring, Emergency Response, and Capacity Planning of the Icertis SaaS application & related services within the United States Azure Sovereign Cloud. USGov CloudOps also executes Identity & Access Management, Role-Based Provisioning, Upgrades, Deployments, and Change, Incident, and Problem management to drive faster time to market. This department plays a critical role in building & executing the cloud strategy as part of overall service delivery for Icertis and develops Automation and Internal Applications to assist the Team and our internal customers.

Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge in developing code that is maintainable, secure, scalable, robust, upgrade safe, and considers the “Edge Cases”
  • Should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability of taking complex, often technical, concepts and explaining them to those with little technical knowledge
  • Thorough automation creation experience with proficiency in PowerShell, JavaScript, Linux/BashShell, Ansible, Terraform, and JSON/YAML
  • Thorough knowledge of cloud concepts, mission critical cloud first infrastructures, applications, services, storage, compute, and networking components (preferably in Microsoft Azure)
  • Solid C#, ASP.NET, IIS, and application debugging skills
  • Working experience with automation of serverless and container technologies (Azure Function Apps, Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Docker)
  • Strong Windows and Linux Systems, network and IIS administration skills
  • Should have a customer-centric attitude and does not mind taking ownership of issues from others and driving them to completion
  • Thorough experience with systems automation and platform engineering to create, manage, and monitor cloud-based systems and versioned application deployments
  • Thorough experience working in rapidly changing environments and working independently with multiple teams to clarify, validate, execute software requirements
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (HIPPA, PCI, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC, IL3-5, etc.)
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, GenAI, and AI-driven solutions that power our contract intelligence platform
  • General knowledge of Microsoft/Azure SQL Programing, data tools, always-on, performance, stored-procedures, schema, and queries
  • Experience with collaboration tools:Microsoft Teams/SharePoint/ADO

Responsibilities
