B Capital is looking for a Lead Functional Consultant to manage customer functional requirements for contract intelligence solutions.

You will work on US government contracts that require either US Citizens or US Persons and must be present on site in Reston, Virginia 5 days a week. The salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is preferred.
• Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant, responsible for requirements gathering, functional design and system configuration.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills.

The Lead Functional Consultant will be the primary contact for our customers on all functional requirements and will be the subject matter expert on Icertis ICI and the CLM domain. This is an opportunity to learn the product (ICI) and implementation methodology. The primary goal is to earn the customer's respect and understanding of the Icertis solution and ensure their satisfaction by helping them with design choices that can be supported by the latest release of the product.

This position requires on site presence 5 days per week at our new office in Reston, Virginia.

This position will be working on US government contracts which require either US Citizens or US Persons (Permanent Residents) depending on the project. Additionally, this role may require the ability to obtain and maintain a US government Top Secret security clearance.

Salary Range: Min $100,000 - $150,000 USD per year. Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to base salary and an annual target incentive bonus, an equity component is included.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of Icertis product implementations for public sector customers in accordance to the Icertis implementation methodology, within the bounds of agreed scope, schedule and effort.
• Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with the customers that effectively address key implementation objectives.
• Drive requirement gathering, functional design and work closely with other internal teams.
• Ensure quality and support across multiple engagements.
• Own system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.
• Contribute towards internal consulting capability building within the Professional Services group.
• Contribute to the Icertis product road-map through active feedback from customers and implementation experience.
