Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a software engineer to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality software experiences. The role focuses on analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of applications aligned with U.S. Bank standards.

You will work across the organization in an Agile/DevOps environment, building RESTful APIs, UIs with React/Angular, and containerized services in Kubernetes, while leveraging Azure services for deployment and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+ and modern frameworks.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Develop UIs using React or Angular and contribute to responsive web apps.
• Write clean, maintainable code following established development standards and best practices.
• Support cloud-based solutions hosted in Microsoft Azure including deployment and monitoring.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance improvements.
• Contribute to microservices and containerized applications running in Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product owners, and team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
