Job summary

Gravity IT Resources seeks a Software Engineer to join the client’s enterprise security team as an Application Analyst. The role focuses on enhancing the BEAR application, supporting operational excellence, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with teams to design, develop, and deliver secure, reliable solutions while communicating complex technical ideas clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in application development and support.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and user stories.
• Familiarity with the full application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with health, performance, and reliability of the BEAR application.
• Design and develop complex software solutions to address business challenges.
• Translate ideas into actionable user stories and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Provide insights and solutions to product owners and business users.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and apply Human Performance tools during testing and implementation.
• Lead design and code reviews, uphold source control and documentation best practices.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly across diverse audiences.
