Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• In-Office position.
• Strongly preferred certification in Microsoft.NET Framework (C# or VB.NET).
• Ability to quickly learn development languages.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software.
• Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company.
• Maintain all software and create updates regularly to address concerns.
• Analyze and test programs before formal launch.
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly to ensure productivity.
• Ensure software security by monitoring the sharing of private information.
• Assist coaching and training of team members to ensure proficiency.
