Job summary

Founders Initiatives, a cross-functional team partnering with founders, is hiring a Software Engineer to design and build internal and external AI systems that power how the company hires, sells, operates, and scales. From day one you’ll own projects used across the company, ship code to production, and collaborate with experienced engineers and founders to solve challenging operational and AI problems.

You’ll grow toward two paths: customer-facing or internal engineering roles with AI tooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or EE and graduate status.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and startup-ready mindset.
• Internship experience with software development and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI workflows and agent systems that power hiring, sales, and operations.
• Ship production-grade code to production from day one.
• Collaborate with founders and senior engineers to solve challenging AI problems.
