Job summary

Cisco is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, and maintain Python applications and scalable RESTful APIs that integrate AI and LLM capabilities. You will build CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications, and deploy to cloud platforms while ensuring quality and reliability across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience, or a master's degree and at least three years, along with Python development, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, RESTful API design, and relational data modeling experience. Preferred qualifications include AI/ML and LLM experience, vector databases and semantic search, Git, secrets management, object storage, Agile/Scrum collaboration, and Cisco networking knowledge.
