As a Software Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining business applications. In this role, you will work closely with experienced developers and stakeholders to support the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze business requirements and contribute to software design discussions.
  • Write, test, debug, and deploy code in accordance with established development standards.
  • Support software maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and development skills.
  • Prepare and maintain technical and procedural documentation related to software applications and processes.
  • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and software releases.
  • Work with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Adhere to organizational security, quality, and compliance standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Experience with one or more programming languages through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.
  • Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Exposure to relational databases and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience or knowledge of Delphi programming is a plus.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $63,750.00 - $127,500.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
