Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/SE or related field; 0–2 years experience.
• Experience modernizing COBOL and/or FORTRAN.
• Strong C++ programming and code conversion skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain, and enhance complex simulation models used to evaluate significant business changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, test solutions, and ensure alignment between legacy and modernized systems.
• Identify gaps and troubleshoot issues to improve solution effectiveness.
• Direct data gathering, mining, and processing across large datasets.
• Define analytical requirements and communicate insights via visualization and reporting tools.
• Develop inventory optimization techniques and run simulations for parts management.
• Use programming languages and analytics tools to build data-driven solutions.
• Build expertise in inventory management and related business processes.
• Convey complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
