Qualifications

• Knowledge of portal software design and development.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 2+ years supporting and triaging customer-facing platforms.
• 2+ years of monitoring tools experience (New Relic, DataDog).
• 2+ years of experience in Linux/Unix, SQL, Java, Spring, Python and AWS.
• Experience with Palantir.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications under guidance of senior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies (standups, retrospectives).
• Provide production support, triage and resolve production issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop business features by designing, developing, and testing software solutions.
• Assess SDP modules through systems analysis and optimization to improve performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and development practices.
