Job Title:Software Engineer, Android
Job Location:Remote (Two-hour overlap with PT time zone required)
Job Summary:You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality Android native applications for both internal and external use. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Android ecosystem, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:- Design, develop & prototype Android native customer applications for internal and external use.
- Participate in full app life cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, and release to the app store.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and technologies.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in Android development using Kotlin or Java.
- Strong understanding of the Android SDK, UI design principles, and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and overlap with PT time zone for two hours.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Compensation:$60-$61 per hour.
