Take2 AI, based in New York, NY, is hiring a Software Engineer to help define the next generation of our AI-powered recruiting platform. You will lead major feature initiatives, architect scalable systems, and evolve frontend foundations while helping set the team's technical standards.

You will partner with product and design to turn ambiguous ideas into elegant shipped solutions, shape engineering directions, and influence roadmap decisions as we scale from thousands to millions of

Qualifications

• Production software experience across the stack.
• Strong frontend depth in React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs.
• Experience building backend services (Node.js or similar).
• Significant product initiatives and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship new product workflows end-to-end (DB API UI).
• Build rich, responsive interfaces used across enterprise teams.
• Help evolve and scale our design system.
• Improve performance and reliability as we scale.
• Partner with product and design to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped solutions.
• Shape engineering standards, patterns, and technical direction as an early team member.
