Successful candidates will have 6+ years of software experience, strong leadership, and deep interest in secure, scalable systems. This role requires in-office presence in NYC 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading teams with impact on technical strategy.
• Proven ability to build complex AI-enabled systems.
• Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities
