Ideal candidates have 2+ years of production experience, ship AI-enabled solutions, and thrive in fast iteration. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and building infrastructure that accelerates product teams.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features or systems, and using AI in workflows.
• Ability to move quickly, ship and iterate, not over-plan.
• Strong analytical instincts for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship AI-powered features enabling new capabilities for service businesses.
• Build and maintain large-scale systems handling billions in payments for 120,000+ businesses.
• Use AI to architect, debug, write, and review code with high output standards.
• Own work end-to-end from design to production with full accountability for shipped features.
• Build platform infrastructure to accelerate product teams by removing friction.
• Proactively improve architecture and processes when better solutions exist.
