Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming and SQL skills.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Git-based workflows.
• Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and deliver concrete plans.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve internal tools and data workflows.
• Develop Python-based services, automation scripts, and data processing jobs.
• Design data ingestion and reporting workflows.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
• Develop AI-enabled tools and agent workflows.
• Maintain backend APIs and frontend interfaces.
• CI/CD, code reviews, and deployment processes.
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly.
