Job summary

CRG – People & Transformation seeks Software Engineers to build consumer-facing healthcare applications in a hybrid, full-time role in New York City. You will own features across web and mobile, collaborating with product and clinical teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

Ideal candidates bring strong backend with Node.js, React Native for mobile, PostgreSQL, and cloud experience with AWS. You will help shape architecture, improve performance, and ship products from zero to one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing products from concept to production.
• Backend development with Node.js.
• Mobile development with React Native.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with AWS, Terraform and Redis.
• Strong software architecture and scalability knowledge.
• Healthcare AI or startup experience.
• Knowledge of Python and additional backend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering features across web and mobile used directly by patients.
• Building consumer-facing products that improve user engagement and experience.
• Developing scalable backend services to support an AI-powered platform.
• Integrating AI capabilities and enterprise health systems.
