Foundation Health is hiring a Staff Engineer in Orlando to own the architectural direction of core pharmacy AI products and lead greenfield AI-native initiatives. You’ll write significant code, set technical standards, and shape how the team operates in our hybrid Orlando hub.

You will work on Epic integrations, prior auth pipelines, and AI agents that handle patient calls and texts, delivering real value to pharmacists and patients through fast, reliable software.
