Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
• 3 years of experience architecting distributed systems, infrastructure or agentic systems.
• Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, test, and deploy AI-enabled trust and safety features.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure high-quality user experience.
• Work across the stack from AI models to infrastructure and tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex trust and safety challenges.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
