Qualifications

• 8+ years of programming experience or 4+ years with a PhD in Computer Science or a relevant technical field
• Programming experience in a relevant language and with ML frameworks
• Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects
• Experience using data and analysis to explain problems and propose solutions
• Masters or PhD in CS or a related field; familiarity with AI tooling
