Job summary

GlossGenius is seeking Software Engineers (all levels) to join Product or Platform teams, building AI features that transform how customers operate and grow their businesses. You will work on front-end experiences for web and mobile, define microservice infrastructure, and ship scalable systems with a focus on performance and security.

You should have 2+ years of software development, a CS degree or equivalent, and hands-on experience with AI/ML APIs or LLMs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience building with AI/ML APIs or LLMs and shipped real products or meaningful side projects.
• Ability to analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, release, and run large-scale web applications for beauty and wellness businesses.
• Build new AI features for customers.
• Develop and define microservice-based infrastructure.
• Create tools to help internal teams work faster and more effectively.
• Work on core experiences like payments and team management solutions.
• Focus on front-end development for web and mobile experiences.
• Improve performance, reliability, and security of backend systems.
