Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field, by summer 2026.
• New grads: no more than 18 months of professional experience (excluding internships).
• Experience through side projects or coursework in programming.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain work to stakeholders.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems, with mentorship support.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools to accelerate development while applying rigorous thinking.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to rapid deployment of products and projects across Stripe’s platform.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and infrastructure teams to build scalable systems.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development with rigorous validation of outputs.
