Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or related field, obtained by summer 2027, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with programming in Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go.
• Experience from internships or multi-person coding projects.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems through independent research and mentorship.
• Clear written communication skills to explain work to stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development with rigorous critical thinking.
