Qualifications

• Must be available to start full-time before December 1, 2026.
• Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• New grads with <=18 months of professional experience acceptable.
• Experience with programming across Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go.
• Experience from internships or multi-person coding projects.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems via independent research and mentorship.
• Clear written communication skills for stakeholders and team members.
• Able to leverage AI tools to accelerate development with rigorous judgment.
