Software Engineer - AI & Business Applications

We are seeking a hands‑on Software Engineer to build and enhance applications that support business operations, revenue initiatives, and internal workflows. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, communicate effectively with business stakeholders, and turn business needs into practical software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and enhance business‑facing applications and internal tools.
• Develop integrations and APIs connecting applications, data sources, and business systems.
• Build solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
• Support initiatives involving mapping applications, marketing/funnel data, KPI reporting, dashboards, and operational workflows.
• Partner with data engineering and AI/ML resources to integrate data‑driven capabilities into applications.
• Gather requirements directly from stakeholders and translate them into working solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve existing business processes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands‑on software development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
• Experience building applications or tools used by business teams.
• Strong API and systems integration experience.
• Comfortable working with data and incorporating it into applications and reporting.
• Exposure to data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML environments is highly desirable.
• Experience with KPI reporting or dashboards is a plus.
• Strong communicator who is sharp, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a small team.
