Job description
We're seeking a Senior Application Developer to join a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on building and enhancing scalable digital solutions. This is a hands-on development role supporting web and mobile applications used by a broad internal and external user base. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across modern front-end and back-end technologies and thrives in environments where performance, maintainability, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

- Develop and maintain enterprise web and mobile applications using JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular), Node.js, HTML5, and CSS/LESS
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Implement and manage data structures using relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git, npm, Webpack, and Gulp
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices using frameworks such as Mocha, Jasmine, or Karma
- Participate in Agile team processes including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate in system architecture reviews and performance tuning efforts
- Maintain clear, organized, and accessible technical documentation
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or application development role
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and backend development using Node.js
- Experience with API integration and service-oriented architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and development lifecycle tools
- Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills within Agile team environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Exposure to enterprise systems integration (e.g., CRM, identity management, analytics)
- Understanding of DevOps principles and infrastructure automation
- Passion for clean code, modern architecture, and continuous learning
