Job summary

Amazon WorkSpaces is building Agentic WorkSpaces watchtower services to monitor and secure AI-enabled environments across Windows, macOS, and Linux. The role focuses on designing, building, and operating scalable services that support both human users and AI agents.

You will own features from design through deployment, ensuring reliability, performance, and security at scale for over a million users daily. The team values curiosity, clarity, and customer obsession in tackling hard problems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design/architecture of systems experience.
• 2+ years of large-scale, multi-tiered software applications experience (C#, C++, Java, or Perl).
• 2+ years of software development engineer experience.
• 2+ years of OO design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of features and systems within Watchtower.
• Design, build, and operate services for WorkSpaces across OS and identity providers.
• Maintain high availability, latency, and security for user interactions.
