Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer for the Watchtower team within Agentic Workspaces to design, build, and operate services that secure and maintain WorkSpaces for humans and AI agents. You will own end-to-end delivery of features and systems, ensuring high availability, low latency, and strong security across supported OS and identity providers.

You are customer-obsessed, technically deep, and excited by hard problems in operating systems, identity, AI, and desktop platform

Qualifications

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) experience.
2+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience.
2+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
2+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
