WIN Home Inspection is seeking a skilled software engineer to build AI-powered web services that scale across our digital ecosystem. You will design backend APIs, integrate AI/LLM models, and ensure secure, reliable deployments that drive automation in home services.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the US and India, you will own technical deliverables and help shape the AI roadmap while enjoying 100% remote flexibility and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with AI/LLM-powered applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, databases, SQL, and modern deployment practices.
