WinGen is seeking an AI-Native Full Stack Engineer in Atlanta, GA with hybrid work options and US remote consideration for exceptional candidates. You will own end-to-end features across UI and backend APIs, collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps to ship high-impact software.

The role requires 3+ years of full-stack experience, familiarity with REST/GraphQL, and strong focus on AI-augmented development using tools like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience across the full stack.
• Backend experience in one or more server-side languages/frameworks (e.g., .NET/C#, Node.js, Python)
• Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs (REST and/or GraphQL), including authentication and authorization patterns
• Fluent in AI-augmented development and uses tools like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and prototype solutions

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of application features, from UI through backend API integration and data persistence, defining the HOW as well as the WHAT
• Build reusable frontend components and maintain consistent UI patterns and design system standards across the product
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and DevOps to align work around milestones, releases, and dependencies
• Participate in architecture and design reviews with the credibility to challenge assumptions and propose well-reasoned alternatives
• Identify and resolve blockers proactively; communicate risks early with context and proposed solutions
• Write clean, testable code and actively contribute to improving engineering practices including code review quality, testing strategy, performance, and reliability
• Drive continuous improvement through tooling, automation, and process enhancements

WinGen is looking for an AI-Native Full Stack Engineer with a broad technical foundation and a builder's mindset. This role sits at the intersection of frontend craft and backend depth. You will own features end-to-end alongside a delivery-focused engineering team, translating product requirements into clean, scalable implementations while helping drive quality and velocity across the stack.

You will work across modern frontend frameworks, backend APIs, and data layers, collaborating closely with product, QA, and DevOps counterparts to ship software that matters. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across the full stack and is comfortable moving between UI architecture discussions and database-level design conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful hands-on work across the full stack
• Backend experience in one or more server-side languages/frameworks (e.g., .NET/C#, Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs (REST and/or GraphQL), including authentication and authorization patterns
• Fluent in AI-augmented development and routinely uses tools like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and prototype solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical implementation and product requirements
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL- writing queries, understanding schemas, and reasoning about data persistence
• Experience with Angular and/or React for building production-grade frontend applications
• Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem and C# development workflows
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos) or similar CI/CD and work management tooling
• Experience with state management patterns (e.g., NgRx, Redux, or similar) and frontend performance optimization
• Prior experience owning features end-to-end in a product environment—from design partnership through release and iteration
• Experience with CRM or field-service platform integrations (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
