Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Software Engineer to advance the ADAS Platform, Sensor Pipeline, and AI Inference Optimization. You will design and optimize middleware for camera, radar, lidar pipelines, implement real-time embedded software on Embedded Linux and QNX, and optimize AI workloads with CUDA, TensorRT, and OpenCL.

The role demands 10+ years of software development and 5+ years in ADAS or high-performance embedded systems, with production automotive software experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering production automotive software.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize platform software supporting camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic, and vehicle sensor pipelines.
• Build scalable middleware, frameworks, and infrastructure for ADAS and autonomous driving systems.
• Optimize AI inference workloads using CUDA, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, NVIDIA DriveWorks, and OpenCL.
• Improve latency, throughput, memory utilization, and power efficiency through profiling and performance tuning.
• Optimize perception, tracking, image processing, and sensor fusion pipelines across CPU, GPU, and hardware accelerators.
• Develop deterministic real-time software for Embedded Linux and QNX platforms.
• Design low-latency IPC, shared-memory, DMA, and zero-copy data movement frameworks.
• Support ISO 26262 compliance, safety reviews, and automotive reliability requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Perception, ML, Systems, Hardware, and Functional Safety teams.

Software Engineer - ADAS Platform, Sensor Pipeline & AI Inference Optimization

Lead the development and optimization of next-generation ADAS platform software across CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, AI accelerators, and safety-critical automotive hardware. Drive sensor processing pipelines, AI inference frameworks, and real-time embedded software that enable perception and autonomous driving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize platform software supporting camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic, and vehicle sensor pipelines.
• Build scalable middleware, frameworks, and infrastructure for ADAS and autonomous driving systems.

Experience

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in ADAS, autonomous driving, robotics, embedded AI, or high-performance embedded systems.
• Proven track record delivering production automotive software.

Technical Skills

• Expert C++14/17+, modern C++ design patterns, multithreading, and memory management.
• Strong experience with QNX Neutrino RTOS, Embedded Linux, IPC, and real-time systems.
• Deep expertise in CUDA, TensorRT, GPU memory management, profiling, and performance optimization.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models on embedded automotive platforms.

Domain Knowledge

• ADAS software architecture
• Perception pipelines
• Sensor fusion
• Functional safety concepts (ISO 26262)

Preferred

Experience with NVIDIA DRIVE platforms, DriveWorks, perception systems, sensor fusion, and autonomous driving software architectures.

Estimated Min Rate: $110.00

Estimated Max Rate: $140.00
