Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 4+ years of Java experience, including proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot.
- 2+ years of experience with Python, focused on backend or data-driven development.
- Deep understanding of Reactive Programming, including WebFlux.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Flink for stream processing and data pipelines.
- Database expertise with both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS).
- 2+ years of experience developing and using RESTful Application Program Interfaces (APIs).
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies.
- Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models), agentic architectures, and prompt engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit), Playbook, or similar agentic frameworks.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
