The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, fluency in Python and Java, cloud-native development skills, and a track record implementing GenAI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent experience.
• Self-starter with hands-on mindset.
• Skilled in systems thinking and architecture.
• Fluent in Python, Java, and at least one additional language.
• Experience with cloud-native development and GenAI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze large-scale challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to resolution of complex situations meeting deliverables and compliance.
• Collaborate with client personnel across teams.
• Enhance data regulatory and security compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Fluent in Python, Java, and one additional language (e.g. Golang, Rust, Javascript, etc)
• Versed in cloud-native development
• Experienced with implementing GenAI-enabled solutions
