Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Software Engineer in Chandler, AZ on a hybrid schedule for a long-term contract. The role focuses on building scalable microservices, API-first architecture with GraphQL and REST, and implementing data solutions with MongoDB and SQL databases.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and optimize frontend in React/TypeScript and backend in Java/Spring Boot, while integrating AI capabilities to boost productivity and outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military, or education.
• Strong experience building enterprise applications across the full technology stack.
• Hands-on expertise with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Java/Spring Boot, GraphQL, REST APIs, Microservices, MongoDB, and SQL databases.

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.

• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

• Design and implement scalable microservices and API-first architecture using GraphQL and REST.

• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Develop and optimize backend services leveraging Java/Spring Boot and cloud-native patterns.

• Design and manage data solutions utilizing MongoDB, SQL Server, or other relational databases. Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into applications to improve productivity, automation, and business outcomes
