Motion Recruitment is partnering with a well-known Financial Services company in Chandler, AZ to identify a Software Engineer for a 12-month contract in a hybrid role. You will work on enterprise applications across the full stack, building scalable microservices and API-first architecture with GraphQL and REST, using React on the frontend and Java/Spring Boot on the backend.

You will collaborate with teams on complex initiatives, analyze multi-faceted engineering challenges, and help design

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent
• Experience building enterprise applications across the full tech stack
• Proficiency with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Java/Spring Boot, GraphQL, REST APIs, microservices, and databases

Responsabilités

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze large-scale engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to resolution of complex situations meeting deliverables and compliance.
• Collaborate with client personnel strategically.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and API-first architecture (GraphQL/REST).
• Build responsive, high-performing UIs with React and modern JS/TS; develop backend with Java/Spring Boot and cloud-native patterns.
• Design and manage data solutions using MongoDB/SQL databases; explore AI enhancements to improve productivity and outcomes.

• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and API-first architecture using GraphQL and REST.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Develop and optimize backend services leveraging Java/Spring Boot and cloud-native patterns.
• Design and manage data solutions utilizing MongoDB, SQL Server, or other relational databases. Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into applications to improve productivity, automation, and business outcomes
