Job summary

SageCor Solutions, serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, seeks a senior SWE to join a growing engineering team delivering full lifecycle system engineering and high‑performance computing solutions.

The ideal candidate has seven years of SWE experience, a BS in CS or related field, and hands‑on work with Java/Python on AWS, automated testing, and agile collaboration with system engineers. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required; SageCor provides equal opportunity and a challenging

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Implementation of a system in Java/Python using AWS services.
• Implementation of automated tests at functional and systems levels.
• Partnership with System engineers to execute the agile process.
• Prototyping of solution space in the AWS cloud.
