Job summary

TRIA is replacing its legacy policy and claims platform with a brand-new, in-house solution. This hands-on engineering role focuses on building, integrating, and delivering software, working closely with the Head of Development who defines the architecture and vision.

You'll combine strong C# / .NET skills with AI-assisted development using Copilot or Claude Code to speed delivery while applying sound engineering judgement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building REST API integrations.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants such as Copilot or Claude.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to gather requirements directly from the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver software components end-to-end.
• Integrate systems and APIs with the new platform.
• Collaborate with the Head of Development to realise the architectural vision.

We're working with a growing insurance business replacing its legacy Policy & Claims platform with a brand-new, in-house built solution.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building, integrating, and delivering software. You'll work closely with the Head of Development, who has defined the architecture and technical vision, giving you the opportunity to focus on development and delivery.

Alongside strong C# / .NET skills, we're looking for someone who embraces AI-assisted development, using tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, or similar to speed up delivery while applying sound engineering judgement.

Experience Required

• Proven experience building REST API integrations
