Job summary

Actalent is seeking a seasoned software engineer to develop and integrate embedded software for aircraft systems and flight-test simulations. You will create design documentation, follow rigorous development processes, and craft test plans to verify requirements and customer specs.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong C++ and embedded development background, and at least five years in aerospace/defense environments, with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant bachelor's degree.
• C++ proficiency and embedded software development experience.
• At least five years of software development experience with embedded systems.
• Experience in aerospace/defense, Linux, Simulink, or control systems.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Experience at smaller companies preferred.

Requirements: Requires a relevant bachelor's degree, C++ proficiency, embedded software development experience, and at least five years of software development experience involving embedded systems and relevant areas such as aerospace, defense, Linux, Simulink, or control systems. Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance; experience at smaller companies is preferred.
