One of our top clients—a well-funded fintech startup founded by private capital veterans—is building an AI-powered market data platform and looking to hire its first technical team members. They're actively seeking both a Full-Stack Engineer and a Technical Lead to join their New York City office.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the founding team on greenfield development, shaping a core platform that’s redefining a $17 trillion private capital market—offering significant ownership, impact, and equity upside.

Role Highlights (Both Roles):

• Build core features across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Django, PostgreSQL, Typescript)
• Lead or contribute to platform architecture, scalable systems, APIs, and infrastructure
• Develop intelligent workflows such as semantic search, scoring, and data integrations
• Collaborate with product and company leadership to drive innovation in private market deal origination
• Influence technical direction in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Technical Lead (NYC - First Engineering Hire)

You’ll:

• Own and scale the platform architecture
• Guide engineering best practices and future hiring
• Drive backend systems with a strong full-stack mindset

Ideal Background:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven leadership and platform ownership in lean teams
• Strong backend focus with full-stack proficiency
• Exposure to AI/ML, agent workflows, or semantic search a plus

You’ll:

• Join as an early technical hire with strong product ownership
• Help build foundational systems and intelligent tools

Ideal Background:

• 3–6 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong across cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data-driven platforms
• Excited by startups, greenfield tech, and complex problem-solving

Compensation: $150K–$250K + meaningful equity
