Qualifications

Hiredbuddy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our remote team. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions. As a Software Engineer at Hiredbuddy, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into reliable and scalable code. Your day-to-day tasks will include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, debugging and fixing issues, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality. You will also have the chance to explore new technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Our tech stack includes modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node.js, along with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS. We value agile methodologies and encourage a culture of continuous integration and delivery. You will be expected to write unit tests, collaborate on API design, and maintain existing codebases.
