Overture Partner's AI startup Client immediately needs a Software Engineer. To secure an interview for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

**No C2C/3rd Parties**

• Comfortable in a Fast-Paced, Onsite Environment – Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week and contribute in a high-energy, early-stage startup setting.
• Startup Experience – Must have 1-5 years of experience in a small company or startup environment, where adaptability and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Strong Backend Development Skills – Ability to build and enhance backend features, including designing and implementing data models and business logic. Experience with Ruby on Rails is a must.

Role Overview

• Backend-focused role—building out backend features for the platform.
• Infrastructure management, CI/CD, and deployment experience required.
• Will be customer-facing as needed, but the main focus is on engineering.
