We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced engineer to join Figma as we explore new frontiers in collaborative tooling across product teams, and to help answer the question: "What if there's an even better way to build products?" This role offers a unique opportunity to work on 0-to-1 products that will redefine how teams across the globe create, manage, and collaborate on digital content throughout the entire development lifecycle.
You'll work closely with design, product management, and research teams to help our users turn imagination into reality by radically streamlining how ideas transform into products - and you will do so in a way that keeps simple things simple, while making complex things possible. If you thrive in open-ended environments and are eager to solve some of the most complicated people-problems in our industry, we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications, skills, prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role, market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Figma also offers sales incentive pay for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. Compensation and benefits are subject to change and may be modified in the future.
$149,000 — $350,000 USD
